No. For a proper, permanent installation that lasts for decades, we perform a precise tear-out down to the studs. We then rebuild a completely square, level foundation and apply a comprehensive, commercial-grade waterproofing system before a single slab is placed.

Yes. We regularly partner with Greater Seattle’s premier builders and design teams. While we collaborate closely on your designer’s visual concepts, Avrio always conducts our own physical laser site-measurements and verifies all structural details directly on-site before fabrication.
